Included hours do not roll over. Additional Standard Bay time is billed at the public rate. Individual plans exclude the Performance Bay. Maximum occupancy is four people per bay.
Your membership is not tied to one location. Members may reserve and play at any open Tee Time RVA location, subject to reservation availability and membership terms.

Each simulator bay accommodates up to four golfers. Standard private events can accommodate up to 24 guests across our three bays and lounge area.

Businesses can sponsor a simulator bay and display their logo on our 15-by-15-inch wall-mounted plaque.
- The first 3 Corporate Members at each location who claim an available bay receive an exclusive 15-by-15-inch Bay Partner placard at no extra charge.
- The placard remains in place while the Corporate Membership stays continuously active.
- Cancellation removes the placard and makes the opportunity available to the next interested Corporate Member.
- Three additional Bay Partner opportunities release when each new three-bay location opens.
- Later Corporate Members can join the Bay Partner waitlist.

Dwight Taylor, MBA
Dwight Taylor, MBA, is the founder of Tee Time RVA, a proud dad, and an experienced business and people leader based in Richmond. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, developed leaders and driven continuous improvement — principles he is now bringing to a different kind of golf experience. Dwight created Tee Time RVA around a simple belief: everyday golfers deserve a premium, year-round place to play, practice and improve on their own schedule. His vision is to build more than simulator bays; it is to create a welcoming Richmond golf community centered on progress, competition and connection.

Groups and private events
Each simulator bay accommodates up to four golfers. Standard private events can accommodate up to 24 guests across our three bays and lounge area. Larger full-facility buyouts may become available after final occupancy approval.
Parking and secure access
Tee Time RVA offers free parking in a large, well-lit lot. After booking, guests will receive instructions for secure, time-limited mobile entry.
Open 24/7 for eligible members with advance reservations. Public-play and staffed hours will be announced closer to opening.
