Meet the Founder
Dwight Taylor, MBA
Dwight Taylor, MBA, is the founder of Tee Time RVA, a proud dad, and an experienced business and people leader based in Richmond. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, developed leaders and driven continuous improvement — principles he is now bringing to a different kind of golf experience. Dwight created Tee Time RVA around a simple belief: everyday golfers deserve a premium, year-round place to play, practice and improve on their own schedule. His vision is to build more than simulator bays; it is to create a welcoming Richmond golf community centered on progress, competition and connection.

Warm lighting, comfortable seating and a lounge that sits alongside the bays, so the group stays together whether they’re hitting or watching.
It works just as well for a solo practice session as it does for a foursome on a Saturday afternoon.

Three Bays, One Performance Bay
Every shot is measured — carry, spin, club speed and launch — and the course library keeps the game interesting year-round. The Performance Bay adds swing video, pressure data and personalized analysis for players chasing real improvement.
