Before We Open
- When does Tee Time RVA open?
- We're opening Winter 2026-27. Join the Founding Waitlist for journey updates and the opening announcement.
- Where is Tee Time RVA?
- Mechanicsville and Ashland are our first two Greater Richmond locations. Exact locations are coming soon.
- Can I book a bay yet?
- Not yet — reservations open ahead of the Winter 2026-27 opening. Waitlist members get first access.
- What will bay time cost?
- Standard Bay is $50/hr on weekdays and $60/hr on weekends. Performance Bay is $70/hr on weekdays and $80/hr on weekends.
- What are the membership options?
- Options include Practice at $199/month, Founding at $299/month, Premier at $399/month, High School Student at $99.99/month, Night Owl at $149/month and Corporate at $499/month. Eligible member access requires advance reservations.
- Do included hours roll over?
- No. Included hours do not roll over, and additional Standard Bay time is billed at the public rate. Individual plans exclude the Performance Bay.
- How many people fit in a bay?
- Maximum occupancy is four people per bay. Guests are included in that count, and the reserving member must be present.
- How many bays are there?
- Three — two Standard Bays plus a dedicated Performance Bay.
- What complimentary beverages are available?
- Complimentary water, coffee and ice are planned. Every bay includes a mini fridge.
- Is there parking?
- Yes — free parking in a large, well-lit lot. After booking, guests receive instructions for secure, time-limited mobile entry.
- Can I book the space for a private group?
- Standard private events can accommodate up to 24 guests across our three bays and lounge area. Email dwighttaylor@teetimerva.com or call (804) 301-6518 to start planning.
- Do you offer lessons?
- Yes — lessons with Travon Willis are available to members and public players by appointment, with options from a 30-minute tune-up to private, partner and small-group sessions.
- What are your hours?
- Open 24/7 for eligible members with advance reservations. Public-play and staffed hours will be announced closer to opening.
