House Rules & Reservation Policies

How We Keep It Great

A short list that keeps the club safe, well-kept and enjoyable for everyone.

Access

Open 24/7 for eligible members with advance reservations. Public-play and staffed hours will be announced closer to opening.
Member access is personal — don't share entry codes or let others in on your account.
After booking, guests receive instructions for secure, time-limited mobile entry.
Make sure the door latches behind you when you're the last one out.

Safety in the Bays

Only one person swings at a time. Everyone else stays behind the hitting area.
Keep clear of the swing radius — indoors, there's less room than you think.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Use the mats and hitting surfaces as intended.

Equipment & Care

Clean, non-marking golf shoes or athletic shoes only — no metal spikes.
Report any damage or technical issues right away.
Don't adjust projectors, cameras or sensors; ask us instead.
Keep bags clear of walkways.

The Lounge

Complimentary water, coffee and ice are available.
Every bay includes a mini fridge.
Be considerate of anyone else in the room; keep volume reasonable.

Reservations

Reservation Policies

Memberships renew automatically each month.
Month-to-month plans require 30 days' notice to cancel.
Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice — timely cancellation returns hours, late cancellation or no-show forfeits them.
Individual members may hold one future reservation at a time.
Corporate accounts may hold two future reservations at a time.
Reservation limit: no more than 2 consecutive hours per reservation.
Guests are included within the maximum of four people per bay; the reserving member must be present, and individual access is non-transferable.
