How It Works
Each simulator bay accommodates up to four golfers. Standard private events can accommodate up to 24 guests across our three bays and lounge area. Larger full-facility buyouts may become available after final occupancy approval.

Enjoy complimentary water, coffee and ice during your visit. Every simulator bay includes a mini fridge.

Parking and secure access
Tee Time RVA offers free parking in a large, well-lit lot. After booking, guests will receive instructions for secure, time-limited mobile entry.
Private Office
A Room For The Business Half
- Corporate members receive 10 complimentary private-office hours per month when reserved with Corporate golf time.
- One office reservation per Corporate account.
- Additional corporate office hours are $15/hr, with no rollover and a 24-hour cancellation policy.
- Other members and guests may add the office to a bay reservation for $15/hr.
- Standalone office use is $25/hr, subject to availability.
