How It Will Work
Reservation Policies
- Memberships renew automatically each month.
- Month-to-month plans require 30 days' notice to cancel.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice — timely cancellation returns hours, late cancellation or no-show forfeits them.
- Individual members may hold one future reservation at a time.
- Corporate accounts may hold two future reservations at a time.
- Reservation limit: no more than 2 consecutive hours per reservation.
- Guests are included within the maximum of four people per bay; the reserving member must be present, and individual access is non-transferable.
Open 24/7 for eligible members with advance reservations. Public-play and staffed hours will be announced closer to opening.
